TJ Noel-Sullivan is a Hartford native, founder of the Hartford Film Company, and winner of the SBA Connecticut Young Entrepreneur of the Year. At Hartford Film Company, TJ directs and produces a wide range of projects, including feature-length, commercial, and documentary films.

Michelle Nicholson has over 20 years of experience in marketing and business, with The Flour Girl being her most ambitious and rewarding venture yet. What began as selling sourdough from her front porch has grown into a thriving bakery and café located on Main Street in Hebron, now operating across three buildings with a fourth on the way. Nicholson takes pride in having built her brand through a grassroots, zero-dollar marketing strategy—powered entirely by community support, authenticity, and word of mouth.
